The Last Few Days in Bali

 The last few days in Bali were mostly spent relaxing and getting our stuff ready for the next part of our adventure.

On the last day we were picked up by our now familiar driver Gede and taken to visit the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. The centre piece was one of the biggest statues I'd ever see. It was worth the visit.

We were booked in to the Hilton near the airport to save time the following morning. For the evening we walked to the beach to enjoy the evening sun and sunset. On the way back to the hotel after we had dinner at a restaurant there was a very heavy tropical storm and we got absolutely soaked right through.

You get wet very quickly in a tropical rain storm.
