Having been kept awake by a party of rowdy lads and the fear of insecticide poisoning we decided to check out of the hotel. The proprietors were mortified and I feel so bad. We booked a small apartment in Da Nang a few nights to give us space and independence… I find hotels quite claustrophobic after a while. It’s a good space on the 5th floor with views across the city. As ever we had a good walk around the area and over the Dragon Bridge. Found a lovely Thai restaurant for a late lunch then bought provisions for home.
